The Ellis Light is solid brass with an optional leather wrap, hand-stitched in Savannah, GA. This In Stock fixture is available in select finishes. When purchasing, please enter your total fixture height (measured from the ceiling to the bottom of the fixture, up to 86") in the custom field. If you need your fixture to be more than 86" high, please order via a made-to-order fixture.

All of our brass finish options are hand applied and sealed with a wax coating. Unlike lacquer, a wax coating allows the brass to naturally patina over time. To ensure an even finish as the fixture ages, we recommend wearing gloves during installation and limiting contact with the fixture once installed. 

Natural Brass: If desired, the satin brass finish can be restored to a brilliant shine using techniques outlined in our Care and Maintenance PDF, available here.

Blackened and Aged Brass: Our darkened brass finishes will continue to darken over time, and any chemical cleaners will alter the finish. Dusting with a dry cloth regularly will help maintain the finish of your fixture.
